This system is planned. The goal is to help users evaluate AI answers without pretending uncertainty is certainty.

Verdict

A verdict should say what the check found: supported, unsupported, mixed, unclear, or not enough evidence. It should not turn a weak signal into a confident answer.

Confidence

Confidence should describe how strong the evidence is. A high-confidence answer needs reliable sources, agreement across evidence, and no obvious missing context.

Scrutiny

Scrutiny is the level of review applied. A casual claim can use light checking. Health, legal, financial, safety, or business-critical claims need stricter review and clearer limits.
